The Austin Institute of Real Estate offers discount Real Estate Course Packages when you choose to pay for all your courses at once. Choose the package below that is good for you. If you purchase your package online we'll call you the next bussiness day to set up the class times that work best for your schedule (please allow til Monday when you purchasing your package on a Friday or on the weekend). The Top Producer Package - Save $500

Get your Real Estate career started right with the Top Producer Package. This package not only provides you with the courses needed to get your license but also our live Prep course to ensure your success on the State test. Also included is our Three Step Success courses to help you turn your Real Estate career into a Real Estate Business. Taught by our owner these courses can also be used toward your SAE renewal which is required in your first year of licensure. The Agent Package - Save $50

Perfect for someone who wants to just get licensed. This Agent Package gives you the courses that you need to get licensed and a $50 certificate to our State Exam prep course. Also included is a Business Blueprint created by Wayne Morgan, co-owner of AIRE, and a AIRE calculator.
