David has been a licensed attorney in Texas and Georgia since 1989 and has practiced in Austin since 1992. He has broad experience as a trial lawyer in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, family law and construction litigation. After 19 years as a trial lawyer in the trenches, he is bring his experience and negotiating skills to the mediation table to assist parties in the resolution of their disputes as a mediator. He completed mediation training in March 2000, and has mediated cases involving real estate disputes, business disputes and family law matters. The focus of this class is to educate agents and brokers of the benefits mediation for conflict resolution and risk reduction.
