St Edward’s University and The Austin Institute of Real Estate have partnered to bring you a “hybrid” correspondence/classroom course. You will have the best of both worlds….Study at your own pace AND have the option of attending 15 hours of classroom training with an experienced instructor who will review the course and emphasize key concepts. The instructor will be there to answer your questions and clarify any concepts or terms you are not clear on.
Principles 1
1.
for Principles 1 Correspondence course.
2. After registration you will recieve an email with instruction about recieving your textbook and registering for the live review portion of the course.
3. Read chapters 3-10 of the Texas Principles of Real Estate by Charles Jacobus and complete the questions at the end of each chapter.
4. Call or visit us online to sign up for the 15 hour session you want to attend at The Austin Institute.
What the instructor will cover:
Day 1: 8:30am-5:00pm The Texas Real Estate License Act (in detail)
Day 2: 8:30am-5:00pm An overall review of Chapters 3-10 . Question and answer period.
*An hour will be provided for lunch
5. Final Exam: You will take your final examination online when you are ready.
6. Print out your completion certificate from your computer!
Principles 2
1.
for Principles 2 Correspondence course.
2. After registration you will recieve an email with instruction about recieving your textbook and registering for the live review portion of the course.
3. Read Chapters 11-25 (not Chapter 20- Instructor will cover the Math Chapter in great detail) of the Texas Principles of Real Estate by Charles Jacobus and complete the questions at the end of each chapter.
4. Go to the Austin Institute website and sign up for the 15 hour session you want to attend.
What the instructor will cover:
Day 1: 8:30am-5:00pm An overall review of Chapters 11-16
Day 2: 8:30am-5:00pm An overall review of Chapters 17-25 with a detailed review of Chapter 20 including formulas and math problems
*An hour will be provided for lunch
5. Final Exam: You will take your final examination online when you are ready.
6. Print out your completion certificate from your home computer!
